Terms & Conditions
By booking a clearance and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which govern your use of our website and our services.
Definitions “You”, “User” or “the customer” refers to any individual or entity that uses our website or our services. “We,” “Us,”, “Our” or “the supplier” refers to Baz’s Clearances. “Services” refers to the removal services that we provide.
Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to the following stipulations:
- To give us a full description of the work entailed prior to our undertaking it
- To comply with all relevant local and national laws, by-laws and statutes
- To provide adequate parking facilities - in the event of parking fines these will be deferred to you
- Removal of rubble and soil must be expressly stated in the original job remit, and will be quoted accordingly
- Not to use our services as an unwitting third party in any illegal activity
- To notify us of any hazardous materials within our job remit
- Not to request or require us to engage in any dangerous activity. All parts of the premises where we undertake to work must be safe and secure
- Unless contractually stated otherwise, payment should be executed within 8 days of a job being completed
In the case of the following eventualities:
- We reserve the right to demand part payment for any work undertaken with a cost of over £1000
- In the event of a same day cancellation, we reserve the right to charge for expenses and inconvenience
- Should you wish to cancel our services where work has already been undertaken, you will normally be charged for all work already completed
- In the event of any dispute, we would seek a sensible and agreeable resolution, if necessary with third party mediation
- In the event of an infestation, we reserve the right to suspend the work until the premises has been sanitized
Liability For Loss and Damage
The supplier will not be liable to the customer for any claims, losses or damages (including consequential or indirect losses or damages) which may be suffered by the customer relating directly or indirectly to the services provided, arising from any cause whatsoever
License
Unless otherwise stated, Baz’s Clearances own the intellectual property rights for all material on bazclearance.co.uk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access bazclearance.uk for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from bazclearance.co.uk
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from bazclearance.co.uk
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from bazclearance.co.uk
- Redistribute content from bazclearance.co.uk
